Q: Do I have to purchase the quizzes and exams separately from the course materials?
A: No, you do not have to buy them individually. When you purchase the course, you will have online access in the student portal to the quizzes and exams.
 
Q: How can I pay for my books?
A: We accept all major credit cards. 
 
Q: When will I get my book?
A: Books ship within 2 to 3 days of placing your order. US orders ship through UPS Ground Service which can take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. International orders may take up to 1 week to be delivered.
 
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your items are shipped, you’ll also receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also go to the My Account section of this website, and view all current and historical tracking information. Orders normally ship within 2-3 days.

Q: Can I return my book, quiz or exam?
A: There are no refunds on printed course materials - all sales are final.

Q: I am shipping my order to a correctional institution. How do I enter the inmate number?
A: On the page where you add the item to cart, there is a box for Additional Information. Please enter the inmate number in that box.
